Meredith Franco, M.A. CCC-SLP 

Meredith Franco is a speech language pathologist for Albemarle Therapy Center.  She received a masters degree in speech language pathology from the University of Central Florida in 2011. Meredith holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health. She has experience working with a diverse population of adults and children in a variety of settings (rehabilitation, elementary & high school, and private clinic).  Meredith’s areas of interest include language & literacy, fluency, speech and language delays, articulation and phonological disorders.  She has completed training in Beckman Oral Motor therapy and utilizes the Lindamood Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing program.  Meredith believes in the value of family collaboration to improve outcomes in therapy. She is passionate about supporting clients to reach their communication goals.
